         WHA Digital Company Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “We”, “us”, “our””) respects and realizes the importance of your privacy rights, we, therefore would like to request that you carefully read this Privacy Policy in order to be aware of your data that the Company may collect, use, or disclose, whether currently or in the future, to understand the Company’s method to collect, use, or disclose such data, and to support your consideration prior to providing your personal data to the Company.

1. Data under the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy shall cover the data that the Company collects and receives while you use and receive the service of Mobilix in accordance with the terms and conditions of Mobilix Application.

2. Personal Data the Company shall collect, use, or disclose

General data and personal data that the Company may collect, use, or disclose shall be as follow:

2.1 Your personal Data that identifies you includes your first name, surname, and identification card number.

2.2 Your contact information includes your telephone, place of work, job title, department, and organization.

2.3 Personal data for accessing accounts, websites, and Mobilix Application, which are email, username, and password.

2.4 Information that identifies your location while you are using your electric vehicle.

2.5 Information search behaviour in Mobilix Application, where the Company has the right to use cookies as a tool to collect data such as IP address, type of web browser you used to access, web page visited, and time of visit.

2.6 The information you are required to provide to the Company for the purpose of providing you with our Mobilix Application, and the Company may process your personal data in accordance with the law without consent.

2.7 Other personal data that the Company may request your consent prior to collect, use, or disclose.

2.8 The Company may automatically collect your data pertaining to the use of the Mobilix Service, such as access time, device IDs or unique identifiers, IP address, Mac address, aggregated usage data, usage history, preferences, language data, device name and model, location and time zone, network provider, operating system data, and session duration.

3. The purpose of which the Company must collect, use, or disclose your personal data

The Company may collect, use, or disclose your personal data for the purpose of providing Mobilix Service as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Mobilix Application. In addition, the Company shall collect, use, or disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

3.1 For the safety of the rights and property of you, the Company, and any other related persons.

3.2 To notify you about irregularities in Mobilix Service issues and operations regarding Mobilix Application Users’ accounts.

3.3 For identification, verification, and recognition of your identity in providing Mobilix Service;

3.4 To consider the transaction between you and the Company, including transactions and communications between you and external parties via Mobilix Application.

3.5 To allow other people to connect, interact with, or view your activities on Mobilix Application.

3.6 To manage and administer Mobilix Service to you.

3.7 To study, research, survey, analyze, and perform other activities to develop and improve Mobilix Service.

3.8 To respond to, process, manage, or complete transactions and carry out requests regarding Mobilix Application.

3.9 To process statistical and demographic data about Mobilix Application users.

3.10 To enforce the terms of Mobilix Application service or license agreement.

3.11 For the benefit of marketing, media advertising, or sales promotion activities, in the event that the Company sends you information about marketing and promotions, including products, services, and interesting activities. If you have agreed to receive the information, but intend to cancel receiving such information, you can notify the Company via the Company’s email : support@mobilix.biz.

3.12 To maintain and control the development of software related to Mobilix Application to be current and/or other developments that will enable Mobilix Service to operate smoothly.

3.13 To manage or facilitate the provisions of Mobilix Application service to you, carry out your instructions, deal with, or respond to any inquiries received (or purported to be received) from you or on your behalf.

3.14 To contact or communicate with you via voice call or text message for the purpose of providing the service as requested, including delivering news, advertisements, notifications that are useful and related to the Mobilix Service to you.

3.15 To compile statistical data and research for disclosure within the organization and as required by law and/or data record-keeping requirements.

3.16 To respond to legal process, government requirements, or regulations under relevant jurisdiction.

3.17 To prevent and investigate violations or suspected violations of the Company’s terms and conditions of service or any other activities related to your that any constitute illegal activities.

3.18 To store, host, and back up your personal data, whether for disaster recovery or otherwise.

3.19 For any other purposes that the Company has notified you at the time of obtaining your consent.

We shall collect, use, or disclose the data described in Section 2 for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the Company obtained the personal data and to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations. However, the Company shall retain your personal data for a longer duration, as required by applicable law.

We may disclose data that we have received in Section 2 to the following person:

6. Right of Data Subject on Personal Data

6.1 You shall have the right to access or request a copy of your personal data that is under the control of the Company, or a request for disclosing the acquisition of your personal data that you have not given consent to, except where it would affect the rights and freedoms of other persons or be contrary to or in conflict with the provisions of the law or a court order.

6.2 You shall have the right to cancel consent to the Company’s collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, but it will not affect the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data to which you have previously given consent.

The Company reserves the right to collect your personal data for the purpose of providing Mobilix Application service to you or to take legal action.

6.3 You shall have the right to request that the Company correct or add information to your personal data to keep it accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. If we refuse your request, we shall record such refusal along with reasons.

6.4 You shall have the right to request the Company to destroy, delete, or convert your personal data into an anonymous form in the event that the Company fails to maintain personal data as required by law. In this regard, you may request the Company to suspend the use of personal data instead of deleting or destroying it.

6.5 You shall have the right to request to receive or request that the Company transmit or transfer your personal data to another data controller or other body upon request, unless this is impossible due to technical circumstances.

8. Amendment of Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Company’s services, operations, and your suggestion or comments. We shall clearly announce the changes prior to implementing via Mobilix Application.
