Login&Registration
1.How do I log in?
Enter your phone number or email and password, then tap Login.
2.What if I forget my password?
Tap "Forgot Password", and you’ll receive an OTP to reset it.
3.How do I register for a new account?
Tap "Register" and fill in your personal information (name, email, phone).
4.Do I need to verify my email or phone?
Yes, verification via OTP is required before using the application.
5.Can I log in from multiple devices?
Yes, but only one active session per user is allowed at a time.
6.Will it affect my usage if I cannot find an exact match for my vehicle model?
This does not affect your usage. You can select another vehicle model, as this information is collected for data purposes only.
Reservation&Charging
1.How do I reserve a charging station?
Open the map, choose a station and time, then tap "Reserve Now"
2.How long is each charging slot?
Each charging slot lasts 1 hour.
3.How many charging slot can I reserve at once?
Only one charging slot per user at a time.
4.What will happen if I arrive more than 15 minutes later than my booking time?
The system automatically cancels your reservation (No-show). and the reservation fee will not be refunded.
5.Can I check in early?
Yes, as long as the charger is available.
6.What happens if I check in but don’t plug in?
If you don’t start charging within 2 minutes, charging time is released.
7.How is charging cost calculated?
If you make a reservation, you will receive free electricity units, and both the free units and charging fees depend on each station’s policy (with a minimum charge of 20 THB per charging session).
8.Does charging stop automatically?
Charging will stop automatically when the battery is full or when the next reservation slot begins.
9.What if I don’t unplug after full charge?
If you exceed the 5-minute grace period, a fee of 100 THB per hour applies
10.Can I extend if the next slot is empty?
Yes, you can make additional reservations.
11.Can I extend if the next slot is booked?
No, the system stops automatically when your slot ends.
12.Once charging has started, do I need to wait for any specific amount of time?
In each step, it is recommended to wait at least 30 seconds to allow the system to complete its operation.
Payment&Billing
1.What payment methods are supported?
Supports linked "credit/debit cards"
2.When will payment be charged?
Payment is charged after the session ends.
3.Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes, enter details in "Tax Invoice" and it will be emailed to you.
4.Can I request old Receipt/Tax invoice?
Yes, but you can only request within the day that you charged.
5.What if the network fails during payment?
You can tap "Retry" or the system will queue the payment later.
6.If there is an outstanding payment, can I charge next time?
You can tap "Retry" or the system will queue the payment later.
User Account&Profile
1.How can I update my profile information?
Go to "My Profile" and edit your details directly.
2.Can I change the application language?
Yes, switch between Thai or English under "Settings"
3.Can I delete my account?
Yes, send an account deletion request via email to support.
4.Will deleting my account remove my history?
Charging history is retained per data policy.
5.How do I change my password?
Go to "Settings > Password" and set a new one.
Technical&Policy
1.What if the charger doesn’t respond?
1.Check the charger cable
2.If still not working, tap "Report Issue"
2.What if the station is temporarily closed?
The app shows “Station temporarily unavailable.”
3.How does the system detect abnormal use?
The system monitors slot time, port state, and energy in real time.
4.How can I contact customer support?
Go to "Help Center" and choose "Call Support". or "Add Line OA"
Walk-in Charging
1.What is Walk-in charging?
It’s instant charging without reservation, just scan the charger’s QR code.
2.How is Walk-in different from Reservation?
Walk-in is available only if the port is free, while reservation lets you book ahead.
3.Can I start Walk-in if someone reserved the charger?
Yes, but only before the reservation time; the system limits use until the booked slot.
4.What happens when my Walk-in session overlaps a reservation?
You’ll get a warning and the system will auto-stop your session at the reserved time.
5.Will I be charged if I charge less than 5 minutes?
No, energy below 2.4 kWh is free.
6.How is Walk-in charging billed?
Same rate as reservations: (The price shown at each station.) THB/kWh (min 20 THB).
7.What if I don’t unplug within 5 minutes?
The system will apply a penalty fee of 7.5 THB per 15 minutes for AC chargers and 25 THB per 15 minutes for DC chargers.
Note: For ESIE Plaza 1 charging station, The system will apply a penalty fee of 25 THB per 15 minutes for AC chargers and 25 THB per 15 minutes for DC chargers
8.What if the network disconnects during Walk-in charging?
Data is stored locally and synced once the connection restores.
9.Can I stop Walk-in charging manually?
You can stop charging at anytime by pressing "Stop Charging" in the application (but you must wait through the first 2 minutes of charging session before it can be stopped)
10.Can I charge beyond the time provided for me in the application in Walk-in mode?
Yes, if the charging station does not have a subsequent booking after the usage period.
11.What does the minimum charging fee of 20 Baht mean?
Our charging system requires a minimum transaction amount of 20 Baht.
If the customer stops charging before reaching 20 Baht, they will still be charged the minimum fee of 20 Baht.
Commercial Vehicles Charging
1.How do we charge from both ports at the same time?
In our application, one user account can charge only one connector at a time.
If you want to charge two connectors simultaneously, you will need two separate user accounts and two mobile phones.
